How to Cancel

To cancel your membership, please complete our secure Membership Cancellation Form on the website.

Simply provide the requested details (such as your name, email address, and membership ID if applicable), and submit the form. Once your request is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Important Information

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed.
  • Billing Cycles: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
  • Access After Cancellation: You’ll continue to enjoy your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: All membership fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy
